RE-DESIGN OF VIRGIN RECEPTION AREA

For INTD 3003, advance cross media, I have decided to reproduce a piece of work that I have formly done however, using cross-media and make it look more appealing. I am doing my YOUNG VIRGIN project from second year, where I had to design a reception area for virgin recording studio. I have started off with using vectorworks, and then do the main functure in 3ds max. This what I have done in vectorworks so far. The first is how I started and then advanced to something that looked more aesthetically pleasing.

RIBBON BUS

For the RSA competition I decided to design an educational piece and wanted it to revolve around kids aged between 6-10. I made a series of ribbons on vectorworks and then put them into the measurements of this bus. This bus travels arounds schools and the children go in and with the interactive screens on the ribbons they can touch and gain information about water. The ribbons can be sat on, climbed on, bend under, hung off...etc... I t is meant to be a fun active as well as being educational. Above are a few images of how I have started.
